We are excited to share that the construction of Creekstone Care Centre in North Vancouver is in the final stretch and approaching completion. We are planning for Seniors to start moving in early April 2021 and we are working closely with Vancouver Coastal Health to prepare for start-up.

Mary McDougall, President of Trellis, shared “It has been a challenging journey for our construction team during the Covid-19 Pandemic, but they continue to step up and are working hard to complete this beautiful, safe care home as soon as possible.”

Creekstone will be home to 180 Seniors who require professional nursing within a long term care environment. Living in a brand new, purpose-built home with private rooms and private bathrooms with the surroundings of North Shore nature responds well to the needs of many Seniors and their families. The engaging programs, healthy home-style meals and joyful caregivers will help people to find comfort in their new home at Creekstone Care.
